268例男性不育患者精液质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解不育男性患者的精液质量现况。方法对2012年6月-2013年7月来南方医科大学附属小榄医院就诊的268位不育男性精液进行常规检查和生化检测,对检测结果进行统计分析,并以年龄分组,分析比较各组参数。结果精液质量检查结果中,各参数均正常占21.3%(57/268),无精子症占1.9%(5/268)。精液常规检查中,精子前向运动异常(28.0%,75/268)发生率高,精子活动率异常(20.9%,56/268)次之;精液生化检测中,精浆锌含量异常(61.6%,165/268)发生率高,精子顶体酶活性异常(46.6%,125/268)次之。各年龄组间仅精子前向运动百分比和精液量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不育男性精液质量异常发生率高,精液生化参数的异常比例显著高于精液常规参数的异常比例。Objective To investigate the current status of semen quality of infertile men. Methods Routine semen exami- nation and biochemical examination were conducted in 268 infertile men from Xiaolan Hospital Affiliated to South Medical Uni- versity from June 2012 1o July 2013. And the detection results were analyzed statistically. All the infertile men were divided into 5 groups according to their ages, and the semen parameters of the 5 groups were analyzed and compared. Results Among the infertile men tested, 21.3% （57/268） had normal semen parameters and 1.9% （5/268） azoospermatism. Among routine semen examination, the incidence rate of abnormal sperm progressive motility was high （28.0 %, 75/268）, followed by abnormal sperm motility（20.9%, 56/268）. Among biochemical examination, the incidence rate of abnormal seminal plasma zinc was high （61.6 %, 165/268）, followed by sperm acrosin activity （46.6 %, 125/268）. There were statistically significant differences in the percentage o{ abnormal sperm progressive motility and the sperm volume among the different age groups （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusions The incidence rate of abnormal semen quality in the infertile men is high, and the abnormal proportion of biochemical parameters of semen quality is significantly higher than that of routine semen quality parameters.
