黄河下游放淤固堤工程施工成本管理研究

摘　　要：根据黄河下游放淤固堤现状,分析了技术措施、劳动生产率、资源利用程序、机械使用率、施工管理、工程变更等对施工成本的影响;探讨了引进新技术、降低人工材料费、提高机械设备使用率、节约施工管理费、降低额外支出和做好索赔工作等降低施工成本的措施;研究了施工成本控制、核算和考核的方法。The effect of technical measure usage, labor productivity change, resource and energy usage, machine usage, construction management fee change, construction quality change and construction amount change to construction cost are analyzed. The measures of reducing construction cost are discussed , such as introducing new technology, reducing labor and material cost, improving mechanical equipment usage, saving construction management fee , reducing the extra cost and doing the compensation work better. The construction cost control, construction cost accounting and assessment methods are concluded.
