摘 要:通过水培试验种植早晚稻各8个品种,测定根系泌氧速率和根系通气组织大小及面积比例,比较其差异性并分析相关性,为提高水稻根系泌氧能力提供理论基础依据。结果表明:单株根系泌氧速率与根系通气组织的结构(空腔)大小和根系形成通气组织的面积比例均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);通气组织的结构(空腔)大小与单根根系泌氧速率、单位质量根系泌氧速率呈正相关(P<0.05);根系形成通气组织的面积比例与单根根系泌氧速率呈正相关(P<0.05),然而与单位质量根系泌氧速率无相关性。水稻根系通气组织结构(空腔)的大小和形成通气组织的面积比例均与水稻根系泌氧能力正相关,通气组织发达,根系泌氧能力越强。A hydroponic culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of root aerenchyma morphological on the ability of root radial oxygen loss (ROL). First, the ratio of root aerenehyma tissue to root transverse area and the gas space size were characterized in eight double-season rice varieties. Then the rate of ROL and its dependence on aerenchyma tissue structure were determined. The results showed that ROL were significantly correlated with the gas space size and the aerenchyma ratio of area (P〈0.01). The aerenchyma more developed, the ROL ability is stronger. The ROL per plant root and the size of aerenehyma cavity had significant positive correlation (P〈0.05); and the ROL per root and the aerenchyma ratio of area had significant positive correlation (P〈0.05). In contrast, there was no correlation observed between ROL and root dry weight. Our research provided a scientific basis for improving rice root radial oxygen loss.
