摘 要:采用化学镀技术,在聚酯布表面沉积Ni-Co合金。用扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪对镀层形貌、结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:聚酯布表面化学镀Ni-Co合金为非晶结构,热稳定性高,与聚酯布之间的结合力好;镀Ni-Co聚酯布对频率小于7GHz的电磁波的屏蔽效能可达到40dB,具有较好的电磁屏蔽效果。Ni-Co alloy was deposited on polyester fabric surface by electroless plating, and the morphology, structure and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, thermogrametric analysis, respectively. Results showed that the Ni-Co alloy obtained with non-crystalline structure and excellent thermostability, and was bonded tightly to the substrate. Moreover, the shielding effectiveness to electromagnetic wave less than 7 GHz reach up to 40 dB, indicating that the polyester fabric electroless plated with Ni-Co alloy has better electromagnetic shielding effect.
