摘 要:采用植酸-磷酸盐复合体系在AZ91D镁合金表面制备了复合转化膜。通过硫酸铜点滴试验、Tafel曲线、交流阻抗等测试方法,考察了转化液pH值对复合转化膜性能的影响。结果表明:转化液pH值为2.0时,转化膜的耐蚀性最好。膜层主要由Mg、O、Zn、P等元素组成,外观形貌呈无裂纹团簇颗粒状。Composite conversion coatings were prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy in phytate- phosphate solution system. Effects of conversion solution pH value on the performances of composite conversion coatings were investigated by copper sulfate dripping experiment, Tafel curves, AC impedance test and other methods. Results showed that the conversion coating obtained when conversion solution pH value was 2.0 showing excellent corrosion resistance and with crack-free clusters granule type morphology, which was mainly composed of Mg, O, Zn and P element.
