摘 要:在超声波-机械搅拌联合作用下,以水玻璃、导向剂、硫酸铝、低碱偏铝酸钠和水为原料合成Na Y分子筛,并分别考察反应配比、超声波作用时间及超声波功率等对合成Na Y分子筛的结晶度和分散性能的影响。结果表明,采用超声波-机械搅拌联合作用合成的Na Y分子筛较常规水热合成法或超声波法合成的Na Y分子筛结晶度有所提高,且均随超声波作用时间和功率的增加呈先增后减的趋势,分布均匀且分散性好;在n(Si O_2)∶n(Na_2O)∶n(Al_2O_3)∶n(H_2O)=8.6∶2.73∶1∶209条件下,适宜的超声波作用时间30 min,超声波作用功率60 W。Using sodium silicate, directing agent, aluminum sulfate, sodium meta-aluminate and water as raw materials, NaY zeolite was synthesized under the combined ultrasonic and mechanical stirring effect. The influence of reactant ratio, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the erystallinity and dispersion properties of NaY zeolite was investigated. The results showed that the crystallinity of NaY zeolite synthesized by the ultrasonic-mechanical stirring method was higher than those synthesized by conventional hydrothermal and ultrasonic methods, and the crystallinity exhibited the first increase and then decrease trend with the increase of ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power; the sample had uniform distribution and good dispersion ; the optimal condition was attained as follows : n ( SiO2 ) : n ( Na2 O) : n ( A12 03 ) : n ( H20 ) = 8.6:2.73: 1 : 209, ultrasonic time 30 min, and ultrasonic power 60 W.
