摘 要:目的:采用meta分析的方法系统评价环丙沙星治疗泌尿系感染(UTI)的疗效。方法:采用循证医学的文献分析评价方法,计算机检索Cochrane Library、Medline、EMbase、Pub Med、中国科技期刊全文数据库、维普电子期刊全文数据库、万方数据库等文献数据库,采用Rev Man5.1进行meta分析。结果:笔者共纳入26个随机对照试验,共5 519例患者。Meta分析结果显示:环丙沙星治疗UTI的有效性与其他喹诺酮类的差别无统计学意义[RR=1.01,95%CI(0.97,1.06),P=0.6];与磺胺类抗菌药物的差别无统计学意义[RR=1.07,95%CI(0.98,1.17),P=0.11];与青霉素类、头孢类和氨基糖苷类抗菌药物的差别有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:目前研究证据表明,环丙沙星治疗泌尿系感染疗效确切,优于青霉素类、头孢类和氨基糖苷类,不低于磺胺类和其他喹诺酮类抗菌药物。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of ciprolfoxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection (UTI), a meta-analysis was conducted in the present study.Methods: Cochrane Library, Medline, EMbase, PubMed, CNKI, VIP database, Wan fang database were searched and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.1.Results:26 RCT studies were included (n=5 519). The analysis indicated that there were no signiifcant differences in effectiveness between ciprolfoxacin and other quinolone[RR=1.01,95%CI(0.97, 1.06),P=0.6]; there were no signiifcant differences in effectiveness between ciprolfoxacin and sulfa[RR=1.07,95%CI(0.98, 1.17),P=0.11]; there were signiifcant differences in effectiveness between ciprolfoxacin and penicillin, cephalosporins, aminoglycoside (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness of the treatment of urinary tract infection of ciprolfoxacin is better than that of penicillin, cephalosporin and aminoglycoside while no less than sulfa and other quinolone antibacterial drugs.
