药库管理中相对零库存的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的在医院管理模式不断进步和改革的情形下,分析我院药库管理中相对零库存的可行性研究。方法跟踪分析相对零库存的可行性,并探究关于相对零库存的各方面制约因素,把相对零库存的优势和劣势相互统一结合,并采用有效可行的方案措施,尽最大可能实现医院药库的相对零库存。结果在我院2012年6月实施药库管理中的相对零库存方案后,药库存药量与2012年6月前相比,明显下降,并且在2012年6月之后我院药库的药品库存量呈现减少的趋势。结论在保证药量的临床供应的前提下,相对零库存的药物管理模式使得药品的循环得到很好的保证,药品不再因为积压而过期浪费,这一管理模式不仅把药物的周转率大大提高,还降低了医院内部的流动资金,把药品的管理成本减少至最低,相对零库存管理的应用取得了很大的成效,值得推广。Objective To study the advances in hospital management mode and reform situation, analysis of our hospital pharmacy management relative zero inventory in the feasibility study. Methods track and analyze the feasibility of relative zero inventory, and explore various aspects restricting factors about relative zero inventory, the relative advantages and disadvantages of each other unified combination of zero inventory, and the effective feasible solution measures are taken, to the best possible relative zero inventory of hospital pharmacy. Results in June 2012 in our hospital pharmacy management in the relative zero inventory, and in June 2012,compared to before the explosive inventory quantity, declined obviously, and in June 2012 after the hospital pharmacy drugs inventory reduction trends. Conc I us i on on the premise of guarantee the dosage of clinical supplies enough, relative zero drug inventory management pattern makes the cycle of drug very well that drugs are no longer expired because of the backlog of waste, this management mode is not only the drug＇s turnover rate is greatly increased, and reduce the hospital＇s internal cash flow, reduce the cost of administering the drug to a minimum, the relative zero inventory management has achieved great success in application, is worth promoting.
