摘　　要：目的分析我院病区医嘱点评结果,提高合理用药水平。方法抽取2014年6月～2015年5月出院病历384份,每份病历均填写医嘱点评工作表,对抗菌药物使用概况、中药注射剂使用情况以及不合理用药情况进行具体分析。结果 384份中有236份使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率61.5%,163份使用了中药注射剂,中药注射剂使用率42.4%,74份存在不合理用药情况,不合理用药率为19.3%。结论开展医嘱点评工作,能增强医师及药师合理用药的观念,防止潜在的用药失误,提高药物治疗的安全性,有效性。Objective To analyze the comments on medication orders in inpatients for improving the rational level of drug utilization. Methods 384 medical records of discharge inpatient were selected from June 2014 to May 2015. Each medical records filled in the worksheet of the comment on medication orders. The situation of antibiotics, TCM injections and irrational orders were specially analyzed. Results 236 medical records used antibiotics and 163 medical records used TCM injections. The utilization rate of antibiotics and TCM injections were 62.5% and 42.4% respectively. The irrational situation of drug utilization existed in 74 medical records. The irrational rate was 19.3%. Conclusion The notion of rational drug utilization of physicians and pharmacists could be enhanced by the comments and analysis of medication records. The potential medication errors would be prevented. The medication safety and effectiveness would be also improved.
