摘　　要：目的建立H P L C法测定速克感冒胶囊中游离水杨酸的含量。方法色谱柱：Diamonsil C18色谱柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,以甲醇-0.1%二乙胺水溶液-冰醋酸（40：60：4）为流动相,检测波长为235nm,进样量：20μl,柱温：25℃,流速：1ml·min-1。结果水杨酸在4~80μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9995）,平均回收率99.3%（RSD=1.3%,n=9）,水杨酸检测限为1ng。结论本方法准确可靠,能为速克感冒胶囊质量的控制提供依据。Objective To identify the contents of salicylic acid in Sukeganmao Capsule. Method Adopting： Diamonsil C18 （4.6mm × 150mm,5um）, the mobile phase was composed of Methanol-0.1% diethylamine acid-aceticacid（40：60：4）, with the detection wavelength at 235nm, sample size： 20ul,column temperature： 25℃,the flow rate is 1 ml.min^-1.Result The concentration linearity of salicylic acid was within the rage of 4 - 80ug （r=0.9995）,with the recovery of 99.3%（RSD： 1.3%,n=9）, and detection limit is 10ng. Gonclusion this method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the puality control of aspirin in Suke Ganmao Capsule.
