针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和研究运用养血通络汤配合针灸疗法,在治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的临床效果。方法选取该院自2013年3月—2015年2月收治的120例2型糖尿病末梢神经病变患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对两组均行控制血糖和改善循环及营养神经治疗方式,在此基础上,观察组另外配以中药养血通络汤和针灸治疗,一个疗程后,将两组患者的疗效进行对比。结果经过20 d一个疗程的治疗,观察组患者的总有效率为68.33%,明显高于对照组患者(46.67%),观察组患者在肢端麻木、疼痛、发凉灼热和肢端肌肉萎缩无力改善率分别为77.58%、73.33%、64.28%和55.56%,明显高于对照组患者。观察组患者肌电图改善率为66.67%,明显高于对照组(38.33%)。表明观察组在改善机体神经电生理异常方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药养血通络汤和针灸治疗结合,治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变疗效较佳,值得临床推广。Objective To explore and study the using Yangxue Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy,in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical effect.Methods From March 2013 to February 2015,2 patients with Type 120 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The two groups were performed to control blood glucose and improve circulation and nerve nutrition treatment,based on observed group with another to nourishing herbs Tongluo Decoction and acupuncture treatment,after a course of treatment,the curative effect of two groups of patients with compared.Results After the treatment of 20 days for a course of treatment observed group,the total efficiency was 68.33%,significantly higher than that in control group（46.67%）,observation group patients in limb numbness,pain,cold hot and limb muscle atrophy unable to improve the rate of 77.58%,73.33% and 64.28% and 55.56% respectively,significantly higher than the patients in the control group.The improvement rate of EMG in the observation group was 66.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（38.33%）.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05） in the observation group in the improvement of the electrophysiological abnormalities of the body.Conclusion Yangxue Tongluo Decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of combined treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy curative effect is better,is worthy of clinical promotion.
