自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法选取2013年12月—2015年8月于该院进行治疗的糖尿病足48例,将其中24例设为对照组,采取常规治疗,将另外24例设为观察组,在常规治疗的基础上采用自体富血小板凝胶治疗。治疗后对比对照组和观察组的疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.1%,对照组为72.4%,观察组明显较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组糖尿病足Wagner等级1-2级、3级、4级患者的溃疡愈合时间与对照组同等级患者相比,溃疡愈合时间明显较短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组糖尿病足Wagner等级1~2级、3级、4级溃疡患者的治疗费用与对照组同等级患者对比,明显较少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床上治疗糖尿病足溃疡时采用自体富血小板凝胶疗法能明显提高患者的治疗总有效率,疗效显著,值得应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of autologous platelet rich gel in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods From December 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital for treatment of diabetic foot in patients with 48 cases,24 cases were treated as the control group,the other 24 cases were treated by routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with autologous platelet rich gel.After treatment,the efficacy of the control group and the observation group were compared.Results The total effective rate was 91.6% in the observation group,75.0% in the control group,the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant,P 〈 0.05.In the observation group,the patients with diabetic foot 1-2 grade Wagner,grade 3,grade 4 patients with ulcer healing time compared with the control group,the healing time was significantly shorter,there was significant difference,P 〈 0.05.In the observation group,the patients with diabetic foot1-2 grade Wagner,grade 4 and grade 3 ulcers were compared with the control group with the same level of patients,significantly less,there were statistically significant,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion The clinical treatment of diabetic foot and diabetic skin chronic ulcer with autologous platelet rich gel therapy can significantly improve the treatment of patients with total effective,curative effect is significant,it is worth using.
