某综合医院2010年-2014年门诊量变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨某综合医院2010年-2014年的门诊量变化情况。方法采用时间序列数据环比、定基比和季节指数分析法对2010年-2014年的门诊诊疗人次进行分析。结果根据5年门诊诊疗人次变化可以看出诊疗人次呈逐年上升的趋势,2014年比2010年增长46.45%;通过移动平均趋势剔除法计算季节指数,得出第1季度为低谷期,季节指数为89.87%,第2季度为高峰期,季节指数为104.25%。结论医院管理部门应根据门诊量逐年增长情况、季节变化规律,合理安排出诊医生,配置各种医疗资源,节约病人等候时间,同时,医院应加大硬件和软件的建设,以适应门诊量逐年增长的需求,更好地为患者服务。Objective To investigate the outpatient number variation of a general hospital from 2010 to 2014. Methods To adopt the development speed, the growth speed and the seasonal ratio analysis method to analyze the time sequence data of outpatient number from 2010 to 2014. Results According to the variation of 5 years＇ outpatients, it could be seen that outpatients amount was a rising trend year by year and the amount of 2014 increased by 46.45% compared with 2010. According to the moving average trend removed method, the seasonal ratio was obtained and it was observed that the first quarter of the outpatients number was at the rock bottom, which was 89. 87%, and the second quarter was at the highest point of the whole year, which was 104.25%. Conclusions The management department of the hospital should arrange the doctors and allocate the medical resources reasonably according to the outpatient number increasing year by year, so as to save the waiting time of the patients. At the same time, the hospital should strengthen the construction of hardware and software, in order to meet the requirements of the increasing outpatient number and provide better service for patients.
