摘　　要：目的了解邯郸地区充血性心力衰竭住院患者人群分布及病死率特点。方法分层随机抽取邯郸地区省级、市级、区级医院各一所,从病案管理系统调取疾病主要诊断为充血性心力衰竭住院患者1432例数据,探讨其分布及死亡特点。结果邯郸地区2010年-2014年充血性心力衰竭住院患者病死率为4.61%,男性与女性的病死率都随着年龄的增长呈现上升趋势(P<0.05),整体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);从职业人群角度分析,住院患者主要是农民和离退休人员两大职业人群,分别占该疾病住院患者的47.35%、24.44%(合计71.79%),并且农民中60岁及以上住院患者占72.42%。结论邯郸地区充血性心力衰竭住院患者病死率随年龄的增加而升高,因该疾病住院的两大职业人群是农民和离退休人员,需要引起足够的重视。Objective To understand the population distribution characteristics and mortality of hospitalized patients with congestive heart failure in Handan area. Methods Three hospitals were selected by using stratified random sampling according to hospital level in Handan area, then 1432 cases of hospitalized patients who were diagnosed with congestive heart failure were selected from the medical records management system from 2010 to 2014, finally investigated the characteristics of population distribution and mortality. Results The mortality of hospitalized patients with congestive heart failure was 0. 52% in Handan area from 2010 to 2014, and the mortality of male and female patients had a trend of increasing with age （P〈0.05）, it had a statistical significance in overall degree（P〈0. 01）. From the angle of occupational population, the hospitalized patients were mainly farmers and retirees, which accounted for 47.35% and 24. 44% respectively （total 71.79%）. Farmers aged above 60 years accounted for 72. 42%. Conclusions The mortality of hospitalized patients with congestive heart failure was increasing with age, which should be paid enough attention because of the top two occupational staff were farmers and retirees.
