天麻钩藤饮联合普萘洛尔治疗高血压大鼠实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻钩藤饮配合普萘洛尔对高血压大鼠收缩压和舒张压的影响,并分别与单独使用天麻钩藤饮、普萘洛尔治疗进行疗效对比观察。方法:选取42只高血压大鼠模型,分为A组(天麻钩藤饮合普萘洛尔组)、B组(普萘洛尔组)、C组(天麻钩藤饮组)、D组(模型组),以天麻钩藤饮、普萘洛尔两种药物进行干预2个月,观察各组大鼠血压变化。结果:药物治疗8周后,A组、B组和C组大鼠的收缩压水平均较干预前降低(P<0.05),其中A组血压明显低于B或C组(P<0.01),A组和B组大鼠的舒张压水平均较干预前降低(P<0.05),但C组和D组大鼠的舒张压较干预前没有明显变化。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合普萘洛尔降低收缩压效果显著,两药合用可起到增效作用。Objective： To observe the Tianma Gouteng Decoction and propranolol on hypertensive rats systolic and di- astolic pressure, and respectively with the use of a separate Tianma Gouteng Decoction, propranolol treatment efficacy were observed and compared. Methods 42 hypertensive rat model, divided into group A （Tianma Gouteng Decoction of the propranolol group）, group B （propranolol group）, group C （Tianma Gouteng Decoction group）, D group （model group）, to Tianma Gouteng Decoction, propranolol two drug intervention 2 months, observe the rats blood pressure changes. Results： after 8 weeks of drug treatment, the systolic blood pressure of A group, B group and C group were significantly lower than before （P〈0.05）, and A group was significantly lower than that of B or C group （A）, P〈0.01 and B groups were significantly lower than before intervention （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant change in diastolic blood pressure in C group and D group. Conclusion： Tianmagouteng Decoction Combined with propranolol significantly reduced systolic blood pressure, the two drugs can play a synergistic effect.
