乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合射频自凝刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位伴慢性宫颈炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合射频自凝刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位伴慢性宫颈炎的疗效观察。方法：选取2013年1月至2014年5月我院妇产科门诊治疗的宫颈柱状上皮异位伴慢性宫颈炎患者74例,采用随机数字表将患者分为两组（观察组和对照组）,每组各37例。两组均在月经干净后3~7d行射频自凝刀治疗,观察组患者术后加用乳杆菌活菌胶囊0.25g阴道放置,每晚1次,连用10d。观察并记录两组术后阴道流液时间及阴道出血时间,术后6周复诊比较其临床效果。结果：观察组术后阴道出血量和阴道出血时间明显短于对照组（χ^2=4.70和6.77,P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;术后6周复诊,观察组临床总有效率（94.59%）较对照组（78.38%）明显更佳（χ^2=4.16,P〈0.05）。结论：乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合射频自凝刀治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位伴慢性宫颈炎的临床效果明显优于单纯的射频自凝刀治疗,能明显缩短创面愈合时间,减少阴道出血量和出血时间。Objectives： To discuss curative effect of living preparation of lactobacillus combined with radio frequency electronic knife （REEK） on cervical columnar ectopy combined with chronic cervicitis. Methods： 74 pa- tients with cervical columnar ectopy combined with chronic cervicitis, who were given medical treatment in outpa- tient of department of gynaecology and obstetrics in the hospital during Jan 2013 to May 2014, were selected, and divided into observation group and control group by table of random number, with 37 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were given medical treatment by REEK 3 ~ 7 days after the completion of menses, and the patients in observation group were additionally given 0. 25g Living preparation of lactobacillus, which was placed in vagina, once for every night for 10 days. The vaginal fluid and bleeding time of patients in two groups after the oper- ation were observed and recorded, and the clinical curative effect by the return visit 6 weeks after the operation were compared. Results： The vaginal bleeding amount and bleeding time of patients in observation group after the opera- tion were much less or shorter than those in control group （ x^2 =4.70 and 6.77, P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. According to return visit 6 weeks after the operation, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group （94.59%） was much higher than that in control group （78.38%） （x^2 = 4.16, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compared with pure REEK, living preparation of lactobaciUus combined with REEK has more favorable clinical curative effect on cervi- cal columnar ectopy combined with chronic cervicitis, which can obviously shorten the wound healing time and re- duce the vaginal bleeding amount and time.
