摘　　要：阴茎勃起功能障碍患病率呈逐年上升趋势,现代医学认为,本病是神经内分泌调节下的一系列阴茎海绵体血液动力学变化病变所致。中医认为,肾虚郁血肝瘀是阳痿的基本病机特点,因此补肾益精,疏肝解郁,活血通络应是基本治法。胡海翔教授自拟补肾疏肝通络方论治本病,临床验证有效,能够改善患者勃起功能,建立成功的性生活。The prevalence of erectile dysfunction shows an increasing trend. According to modem medi- cine, the disease is caused by a series of penis cavernous hernodynamic changes due to real - regulation of neuroen-docrine lesions. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney Yu liver blood stasis is the basic characteris- tics of the pathogenesis of impotence, so nourishing the kidney and strengthening the essence and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction should be the basic rule. Professor Hu Haixiang has created a therapy to cure the disease by smoothing liver and kidney, which is proven effective in clinical and has improved the erectile function of patients.
