摘 要:目的通过比较双耳配戴助听器受试者在中文言语噪声环境下、不同麦克风模式下的言语识别阈(speech reception threshold,SRT),探究窄闽方向性技术的优势。方法受试者为20例双侧对称性、感音神经性听力损失患者,每位受试者均双耳配戴助听器,采用普通话言语测听系统作为测试材料,测试每位受试者在不同麦克风模式时的SRT,比较各项SRT之间是否有统计学差异。结果在中文言语噪声环境下,窄阈方向性较全向性和方向性约提升1~3dB信噪比(P〈0.01),较特殊方向性约能提升0.7dB信噪比(P〈0.05)。结论窄阈方向性技术在中文言语噪声环境下更有利于提高信噪比。Objective To compare the speech reception thresholds (SRT)of omni, directional and narrow directionality in Chinese multitalker babble and to discuss whether narrow directionality has more advantages in recognizing target speech. Methods 20 subjects with symmetrical sensorineural hearing loss were included. Each subject wore hearing aids binaurally. Mandarin Speech Test Materials(MSTMs) were used as the test materials. The SRTs of each subject were recorded in different microphone modes and were compared statistically. Results Narrow directionality provided an additional 1-3 dB improvement than omni and directional mode (P〈0.01).Narrow directionality provided an additional 0.7 dB improvement than another directional technique in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Binaural narrow directionality will be more beneficial for the hearing aid users to improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) in Chinese multitalker babble.
