摘 要:目的通过使用两种不同的真耳测试方法对开放耳助听器选配效果进行评估,以确定两种测试方法所得结果是否存在差异,为开放耳助听器真耳测试方法的选择提供参考。方法20名听力正常青年人在佩戴右侧开放耳助听器时,分别在传统和开放式方法下用3f#刺激强度(50、65、80dBSPL)行真耳介入增益(real-ear insertion gain,REIG)测试,分析比较两者所得结果差异。结果在3种刺激强度下,两种方法各频率的REIG差值范围为(4.65,-4.95),其中50dBSPL下具有极显著性差异(P〈0.01)的频率有250、1000、2000、3000、4000、6000Hz;65dBSPL下250Hz处无统计学差异,3000Hz处具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),其他频率两者间均具有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);80dBSPL下,1000Hz处具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),250、500、750、1500Hz处具有极显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论开放耳助听器REIG测试时需根据临床实际情况选择合适的校准及测试方法,以获得准确的测试结果。Objective To compare the results of different real-ear measurements in the assessment of open-fit hearing aids in order to provide evidences for clinical practice. Methods Twenty normal-hearing young people with an open-fit hearing aid in the right ear received the real-ear insertion gain (REIG) test at different intensities(50,65,80 dB SPL)using MPCE and MPSE methods and the results of two methods were compared. Results The range of the mean REIG difference between the two methods was (4.65, -4.95). There were significant differences between the two methods in REIG of 50 dB SPL at 250, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000 Hz. There was a significant difference in REIG of 65 dB SPL at 3000 Hz and were highly significant differences at 500,750,1000, 1500,2000, 4000 and 6000 Hz, but no significant difference at 250 Hz. There were significant differences in REIG of 80 dB SPL at 1000 Hz, and highly significant differences at 250,500,750 andl500 Hz. Conclusion It is crucial to select appropriate calibration and test methods for REIG measurement of open-fit hearing aids in light of specific conditions.
