台商王金锁的济南情缘

摘　　要：台湾,位于中国东南的宝岛;济南,坐落在孔孟之乡的＂泉城＂,两个隔着万水千山,发展轨迹有如平行线般的地方,因为商贸紧紧地联系在了一起。台商在这其中无疑发挥了至关重要的作用。他们跨过那＂一湾浅浅的海峡＂,带着资本、技术和乡愁,来到济南,为济南的经济发展,为济台的交流发挥了巨大的作用。王金锁是这众多台商中的一位。王金锁是济南市台商协会会长、山东大鲁阁织染工业有限公司总经理。In 1988.it was the first time in the city that the Taiwan-funded enterprise appeared.Two decades later.753 Taiwan-funded firms sprang up over this piece of fertile land- many of them have evolved into the mainstay of the industries they belong to.as well as a major force of Jinan's export-oriented economy.'To start my business in Jinan was largely attributed to the honorable peculiarity of the local people.' Wang Jinsuo said with emotion,who recalled that he built the company Shandong Daluge Weaving and Dyeing Industry Co..Ltd.in Tianqiao district in 1996 and migrated it to Jiyang county in 2003 in compliance with the master plan of urban construction.'The employees' loyalty,sincerity and honesty,the most estimable features of the native,from my perspective,is a key factor of my inhabitation and entrepreneurship in Jinan.Wang Jinsuo believes that a responsible entrepreneur must have a broad vision and sustainable development view.Trapped by the international situations,he is not very sanguine about the chemical fiber and dyeing industries.Nevertheless,he stays sober that it is unwise to only engage in simple laboring or processing jobs with low technical content.He suggested the enterprises in the similar situation should depend on the improvement of quality of personnel resource and the enhancement of creativity initiative.Wang Jinsuo recognized the ultimate goal of business never lies in making money,who weighed a happy life of his employees and social responsibility much higher.He has a aspiration to contribute to the local people and society.
