摘　　要：10月20日,中粮期货济南营业部总经理迎来了他的甜蜜时刻：经过一段时间紧锣密鼓的筹备,营业部正式开业,来自省内外众多金融界知名人士参加了开业仪式。这是山东新金融中心第一家开业的机构。For the entrepreneur,the company is like a child hand-reared by themselves.The legend that Mencius' s mother moved house three times before finding a location that she felt was suitable for the child's upbringing.As an exemplary expression,the idiom refers to the importance of finding the proper environment tor raising children.The external environment is just one measurement of the quality of habitation.The living space rife with poetic charm,which sounds like a marketing slogan for real estate,is in fact of immediate significance for the firms and households that are in serach of apposite locations.The financial and business center of Jinan continues to refine on professional and meticulous services to facilitate the enterprises' development,under the guidance of the municipal committee and government of Shizhong district,along with the surge of grand construction projects',the overall strategy of 'focusing on the six main regions and the ten major parks,truing up the northern core area,strengthening the central extended area and beautifying the southern ecologic area' and 'remaking Shizhong district'.There is a tangible reward for the efforts involved.It has gathered the four foreign banks and received the titles of the key service park in Shandong province in 2010,the only provincial comprehensive reform pilot area for finance of the service industry in 2011,the advanced park of the three major carriers of the provincial service industry in 2012.As a vital component of the regional financial center of Jinan,the financial and business center is worthy of such a great fame.
