摘 要:以多聚甲醛、三聚氰胺和醚化剂为主要原料,采用一步投料方法,制备了一种甲醛释放量低、稳定性好的醚化N-羟甲基三聚氰胺硬挺剂。通过评价产物稳定性和涤纶机织物经其整理后的硬挺度和甲醛释放量,优化了原料物质的量之比、反应pH值、反应温度和时间等,得到制备醚化N-羟甲基三聚氰胺硬挺剂的工艺条件:三聚氰胺、甲醛和醚化剂物质的量之比为1:7:8;N-羟甲基化pH值8-9,温度75℃,时间30min;醚化pH值5,温度70℃,时间40~50min。应用试验表明,整理品硬挺度可从1.8cm提高到5.0cm,甲醛释放量低于150mg/kg。An etherified N-methylolated melamine stiffening agent with low formaldehyde release and high stability is prepared by one-step feeding method using melamine, paraformaldehyde and etherify- ing agent as the raw materials. Product stability, stiffness and formaldehyde release of the treated poly- ester woven fabrics are chosen as the main evaluation indexes. The preparation conditions are obtained by optimizing the formulation, reaction pH value, reaction temperature and time. The resulted conditions are as follows: molar ratio of melamine : formaldehyde : etherifying agent 1 : 7 : 8; for the N-hydroxymethyl- ation, pH value 8-9, reacting at 75 ℃ for 30 min; for the etherification, pH value 5, reacting at 70 ℃ for 40N50 min. When the relevant stiffening agent is applied to polyester woven fabric, the stiffness of the fabric is increased from 1.8 to 5.0 cm, and the amount of formaldehyde release is below 150 mg/kg.
