摘　　要：本文围绕我国标准化管理的现状,发现在旅游标准化管理方面存在的问题,对比政府和行业协会为代表社会组织,阐述社会组织在标准化实施与管理中具有的天然优势。最后,提出社会组织参与旅游标准化的具体措施,包括制定、宣贯、监督三方面的具体措施。This paper based on the key processes of formulation, publicity, implementation and supervision of tourism standardization, illustrates the natural advantages of social organizations in the implementation and administration of the standardization. Then, the paper analyzes the functional position of social organizations from the aspects of society, government and industry, finally puts forward the system guarantee mechanism and operation mechanism of social organization＇ s involvement in tourism administration, including the concrete measures of its formulation, publicity, implementation and supervision.
