摘　　要：教学实验室作为每一所高校投资最多、占地最广的教学场所,理应为学生综合素质的培养贡献更多的力量。广州中医药大学西医基础教学公共实验室作为基础医学综合大平台,利用自身优势,构建实验室特色文化载体,挖掘实验室在人才综合素质培养中的新作用,将能力培养与素质教育紧密结合起来,收到了良好的效果。其实验室文化建设成果获得广州中医药大学首届"校园文化建设优秀成果"二等奖。Teaching laboratories should contribute more to students＇ comprehensive quality because it is the largest investment as well as the most extensive area in every school.The public teaching laboratory of basic medicine of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive platform for teaching basic medical science.Using its own advantages,building up the carriers of the laboratory culture characteristics and digging the laboratory new role in students＇ comprehensive qualities,this combined with the capacity-training and quality education closely and received a good effect.Its laboratory culture construction achievements won the second prize in ＂the first session of outstanding achievements of campus culture construction＂in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
