摘　　要：由于目前金融市场的风云变幻,提出不管从主客观还是制度方面考量,银行建立专业的资产负债管理系统都势在必行。指出该系统在银行发展中的重要作用,论述了某银行资产负债管理系统的设计方案,各大模块的设计要点,指出国内商业银行只有通过管理的现代化才能提升自身的核心竞争力。Due to the changeable situation of current financial market, it proposes that it is an inevitable trend to build up a professional asset and liability management system in banks considering subjectivity, objectivity and systematism. In the paper, the role of this system in bank development was dicussed. Further, a design scheme of an asset and liability manage- ment system for a bank was described, including key points of design for modules. In the end, it points out that only through management modernization, can domestic commercial banks enhance their core competitiveness.
