摘　　要：综合网络激活系统提供对所有网元设备进行深层次管理和查询监控的功能。强大的人工指令台,可以从预义的指令列表选择管理指令,执行管理操作,也可以从执行失败的工单中提取指令,修改指令参数,进行人工指令操作。同时,对激活的全过程提供更加全面细致的查询监控,对于异常工单可以很快定位和追溯出异常的原因,在激活系统内部,提供工单/子工单重新执行、断点(异常中断的断点)继续执行、人工指令台修改指令参数后继续执行、从断点处回滚、已执行工单全部回滚、人工回单/批量回单等全面的异常单处理功能。这些功能能够提升维护人员的工作能力,提高维护质量和响应速度。Integrated network activation system provides in-depth management and query monitoring for all network equipment. The powerful artificial instruction station can select management instructions from a predefined list of instruc- tions to execute management operation. It can also fetch an instruction from a failure order, modify parameters of the in- struction to execute manual operation. At the same time, the whole process of the activation provides more comprehensive and detailed query monitoring. Abnormal instructions can quickly be located and traced for the cause in the activation of internal system. It provides the functions of adnormal order processing, including work orders/sub single reexecution, breakpoint（abort） continuance, manual modifing instruction parameters to continue execution, breakpoint rollback, implemente all rollback, artificial receipt/bulk receipt, etc. These functions can strengthen the maintenance personnel＇s working ability and improve the maintenance quality and response speed.
