摘　　要：阐述了真空灌注工艺的原理,并对该工艺在风电叶片生产中的应用进行介绍,通过简化实验模型,并使用软件模拟真空灌注过程,分析出树脂粘度、压强、抽气口和进胶口的位置和数量等工艺参数对真空灌注工艺的影响,从而对风电叶片生产的工艺方案提供理论参考依据。This paper describes the principle of vacuum infusion process and its application in the production of wind tur- bine blades. By simplifying the experimental model and using software to simulate the vacuum infusion process, the effect of process parameters on the vacuum infusion process can be analyzed. Main process parameters include resin viscosity, pressure, the number and location of exhaust port and resin inlet. The results provide a reference for wind blade production technology program.
