摘 要:环戊醇是重要的医药、农药精细化工产品中间体,应用较为广泛。环戊醇制备路线按照原料的不同分为己二酸法、环戊烯法和环戊烷法,这几种方法各有优缺点,文章对这些方法进行了详细的技术比较。环戊烷氧化法因其原料价格优势、环境友好的催化剂体系和工艺会是今后环戊醇的制备方向。Cyclopentanol is an important fine chemical intermediate for medicine and pesticide, which has extensive application. The preparation routes of eyclopentanol include adipic acid method, cyclopentene method and cyclopentane method based on the raw materials, which each have advantages and disadvantages. Technical comparisons were made among the above methods. It was concluded that cyclopentane oxidation method would be a direction for preparation of cyclopentanol due to its superiority in raw material price, environmentally friendly catalyst system and process.
