凹凸棒土脂与聚脲脂和复合磺酸钙基脂的相容性

摘　　要：从稠度、滴点和摩擦学3个方面考察凹凸棒土脂与聚脲脂和复合磺酸钙基脂的相容性.结果表明,添加不同质量的聚脲脂后,凹凸棒土脂的滴点和稠度降低,而添加10%和20%的复合磺酸钙基脂能够提高凹凸棒土脂的滴点;添加不同质量的聚脲脂和复合磺酸钙基脂,凹凸棒土脂的摩擦学性能均提高.对凹凸棒土脂的实际应用具有重要的参考意义.From consistency,drop point and tribology,this paper investigated the compatibility of attapulgite grease with the polyurea grease and calcium sulfonate complex grease.The results show that the dropping point and denseness drop after the addition of different quality of polyurea,and the addition of 10% and 20% calcium sulfonate complex grease will increase the dropping point of attapulgite grease;attapulgite grease can enhance its tribology performance after adding different quality of polyurea grease and calcium sulfonate complex grease.It has great reference significance on the practical application of attapulgite grease.
