摘　　要：报道一种天然芳香酶抑制剂Abyssinone Ⅱ的高效、经济合成方法.该方法以廉价的4-羟基苯甲醛和2,4-二羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经过C-异戊烯基化,酚羟基保护,羟醛缩合/醇醛缩合(aldol缩合),环化和脱保护等反应,以10.35%的总产率完成了(±)-Abyssinone II的全合成.所有的新化合物都经IR,1 H-NMR和MS确证.The article is about efficient and economic synthetic method of a natural aromase inhibitorAbyssinone II.Taking low-cost 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde and 2,4-Dihydroxyacetophenone as starting materials,it achieves 10.35% of over yield total synthesis of（±）-Abyssinone II through reactions of Cprenylation,Phenolic hydroxyl protection,aldol condensation,cyclization and deprotection.All the new compounds are confirmed by IR,1 H-NMR and MS.
