基于Theil指数的新疆入境旅游经济时空差异研究

摘　　要：用泰尔指数Theil定量评价2001—2011年新疆入境旅游经济时空尺度上的市际、地带间和地带内差异变化状况.结果表明,在时间尺度上,11a新疆入境旅游经济市际差异TP、地带内差异Twr以及北疆地带内差异Twr演变趋势相同,都呈明显的下降趋势;东疆地带内差异Twr、北疆地带间差异Tbr总体上呈下降趋势,南疆地带内差异Twr有微小幅度下降趋势;东疆地带间差异Tbr总体上呈上升趋势,南疆地带间差异Tbr演变趋势较平稳.在空间尺度上,新疆入境旅游经济发展存在非均衡性,市际差异TP主要来源于地带内差异Twr的贡献,地带内差异Twr主要来自于北疆地带内差异Twr的贡献;各地带间差异Tbr都较大,其中北疆与南疆地带间差距最大.根据上述结果提出对策建议.With Theil coefficient,this article quantitatively evaluates the difference situation in interurban,terrain gap,and inside terrain of Xinjiang inbound tourism in spatial and temporal scale from 2001 to 2011.The result shows that the evolution trend of interurban TP,terrain gap Twrin Xinjiang inbound tourist economy and terrain gap Twrof northern Xinjiang inbound tourism are alike on time scale,obviously down turning;The eastern Twrand Northern Xinjiang Tbrare on a declining curve as a whole,south Xinjiang Twr is slightly turning down;The eastern Twris in the up trending as a whole,while the evolution tendency in southern Xinjiang Tbris quite smooth and steady.In spatial scale,there is unbalance in the development of inbound Xinjiang tourist economy.The difference between interurban TP mainly is mainly from the contribution of Twr,which is mainly from Twrof north Xinjiang.The Tbrin everywhere is very large,of which the difference in the region between northern Xinjiang and south Xinjiang is the largest.The author will propose countermeasure and suggestion according to research results.
