摘 要:采用化学多元素分析、XRD和SEM-EDS等技术对该铜矿的矿物组成和微观结构进行表征,研究表明:该铜矿中主要的有价元素为铜和银,含量分别为0.31%、20.51 g/t;铜主要赋存于黄铜矿中,未发现银的独立矿物,银可以作为综合回收的对象。在工艺矿物学研究基础上,对铜矿进行了组合捕收剂浮选试验研究,通过磨矿细度试验,捕收剂种类、用量及配比试验,确定了磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%,BK320+Z-200组合作为捕收剂,综合用量为80 g/t,配比为3∶1。通过"一次粗选、一次扫选、三次精选"的浮选工艺流程,可获得铜、银品位分别为17.21%、652.47 g/t,回收率分别为77.65%、45.38%的含银铜精矿,实现了低品位铜矿中铜、银的有效回收利用。The micromorphology and phase composition were discussed by chemical element analysis,SEM,EDS and XRD technology. The results showed that main valuable elements are copper and silver,of which the content is 0. 31% and 20. 51 g / t respectively. Copper mainly occurred in chalcopyrite,while silver could be comprehensively recovered. Based on process mineralogy research,copper flotation condition tests including the grinding fineness,collector type,dosage and the ratio were conducted with combined collectors. A copper concentrate containing 17. 21% Cu and 652. 47 g / t with recovery rate of 77. 65%,45. 38% respectively was obtained while the grinding fineness was 85% below 0. 074 mm,using BK320 + Z- 200 as the combined collector at a dosage of 80 g / t with a proportion of 3∶ 1,and applying a process of one roughing,three scavenging and three cleanings.
