摘　　要：农民的思想文化是农村文化的核心组成部分,是农村思想国情的重要方面,是关系农村社会发展的关键性问题,也是"三农"问题研究中的薄弱环节。本文具体考察了吉林省农民思想文化建设存在的问题,从思想文化发展的规律、农村的体制机制、农民自身素质、农村思想政治工作以及农民思想文化建设外部环境的变化等方面分析了产生问题的原因,进而提出了创新我省农民思想文化建设的原则及对策建议。Farmers＂ ideology and culture is the core part of rural culture, also is an important aspect of the ideological conditions, which is a key problem related to rural social development and it is the weak link of ＂three rural issues＂. This paper specifically examines the problems existing in farmers＇ ideological and cultural construction of Jilin Province, analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects such as the law of the development of ideology and culture, rural system mechanism, quality of farmers themselves, rural ideological and political work and changes in the external environment, and proposes the principles and countermeasures to innovate farmers＇ ideological and cultural construction in Jilin Province.
