高掺粉煤灰、煤矸石节能空心砖参数优化研究

摘  要:采用实验方法对不同配比、不同粒径、不同干燥时间、不同烧结温度下成砖硬度、表面光洁度、烧结损坏率等指标进行多组平行实验,研究高掺粉煤灰、煤矸石节能空心砖的最优工艺参数。研究结果显示,粉煤灰、煤矸石烧结空心砖的最佳配方组成为煤矸石50%、粉煤灰50%;原料细度范围在1~2 mm占15%,其余小于1 mm即可;最佳干燥条件为干燥介质的温度范围120~150℃,流速1.5~4.5 m/s,干燥周期12~48 h;最佳烧成温度1 050℃,烧成周期47~52 h,保温4~8 h。In order to study the optimal process hollow bricks, the paper used many parallel parameters of the high content of fly ash, coal gangue energy-saving experimental groups such as the experimental method for different proportion, the different particle size, different drying time, brick hardness, surface finish, sintering indexes under different the sintering temperature. The results showed that the best formula of fly ash, coal gangue sintered hollow bricks was that coal gangue was 50%, coal ash was 50%; the fineness of raw material in the range of 1 to 2 mm was 15%, and the rest was less than 1 mm. The best dry conditions were that dry medium temperature in the range 120 to 150 ℃ velocity was 1.5 to 4.5 m/s, dry cycle was 12 to 48 hours; the best firing temperature was 1 050 ℃, firing cycle was 47 to 52 hours, heat preservation was 4 to 8 hours.
