摘 要:针对工业控制领域气动调节阀位置检测与控制的要求,研究了一种基于MSP430单片机的阀位智能调节测控系统。与传统的机械式阀位调控装置相比,该系统具有智能化、功能完善、控制灵敏的特点。硬件系统主要由单片机运算处理单元、前端采样、后端驱动以及外围功能芯片等构成;软件系统采用模块化设计思想,通过中断触发CPU的低功耗模式,可降低系统功耗,提高工作效率。经测试表明,系统以较低的成本实现了较好的性能,可以广泛应用于各种工控领域。For the demands of location detection and control of the pneumatic control valve in industrial control fields, a measurement and control system of valve intelligent regulation based on MSP430 SCM is studied. Compared with the traditional mechanical valve location control device, this system has the advantages of high intelligence, perfect function and sensitive con- trol. The hardware system is constituted of SCM operating and processing unit, sampling unit in front end, driving unit in back end and peripheral function chips. The software system is based on the modularization design thought, in which the CPU low power mode is triggered by interrupt to reduce the system power consumption and improve the working efficiency. The test results show that the system can realize the excellent performance with low cost, and is widely used in various industrial control fields.
