老年癌症患者配偶照顾者负担体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年癌症患者配偶照顾者负担的真实体验。方法 2013年1月,采用目的性抽样法选取无锡市某三级甲等医院肿瘤科24名正在住院的老年癌症患者的配偶照顾者为研究对象,采用小组焦点访谈法对其进行访谈。结果应用传统内容分析法,共提炼出4个分类纲要(应对照顾者角色的变化、照顾需求的多样化、有效沟通的挑战、多元化支持的可及性)和16个主题。结论在照顾者的照护经历中,照顾者需要应对各种变化及照顾需求,从而产生身体、心理、社会及经济等方面的各种负担;有效沟通及多元化的支持可能是减轻照顾者负担的有效措施。Objective To explore the true experience of burden in spouse who took care of elderly cancer patients .Methods Totally 24 elderly cancer patients spouse caregivers were selected and investigated by focus group interview .Results Four themes（coping with changes of the role as caregivers ,caring for spe-cific requirements of cancer patients ,the challenge of effective communication ,and the accessibility of di-versified support） and 16 sub-themes were emerged .Conclusion During the experience of taking care of elderly cancer patients ,the spousal caregivers need to face multiple changes and care requirements ,thus to bring burdens physically ,mentally ,also in social and economic .The effective communication and diversified support are the effective measure to ease the burden of caregivers .
