摘  要:在数据采集系统中,由于受放大电路的自身原因和其外围元器件精度的影响,给信号的采集和传送带来一定的误差。为了使数据采集系统在室外恶劣环境条件下仍保持较高的精度,着重研究了放大电路外围元器件对信号传送产生的误差,并总结出实用的误差计算控制公式,同时提出了一种新的算法,采用软硬件结合的方式来消除数据采集系统本身的零点漂移现象对采集信号传送的影响。此算法已经过实验论证,并在温湿度监测系统中得到了广泛应用。In the data acquisition system,there are some errors in the signal acquisition and transmission, which causes by the amplifier circuit and the peripheral components. In order to make the data acquisition system remain the high accuracy in the outdoor harsh envi- ronmental conditions,the error of signal transmission caused by the peripheral components of the amplifier circuit is researched and a practical calculation formula of error control is gotten. A algorithm is proposed,that combinates the hardware and software to eliminate the influence of zero drift of data acquisition in signal transmission. The experiment has proved the effectiveness of the algorithm, and it has been widely used in temperature and humidity monitoring system.
