摘　　要：随着政府投资体制改革的深入,全国各地均在实施项目代建管理制。当前有必要从代建管理的工作责任、工作内容、技术要求等代建工作内涵及代建管理成本分析两方面对代建管理工作的收费标准进行探讨,从而保证代建制工作的顺利推行,提高建设项目管理效益。With the deepening of the reform of the government investment system, the system of project agent is widely implemented throughout China. At present, it is necessary to discuss the charge standard from two aspects of content and management cost, namely job responsibility, work content, and technical requirements. On this basis, we can guarantee the project and increase the management efficiency.
