新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C与冠状动脉病变支数的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。方法2009年—2012年在我院内分泌科住院的新诊断2型糖尿病患者64例,根据320-DVCT中冠状动脉病变支数将患者分为3组:无病变组(A组,n=16)、单支病变组(B组,n=21)、多支病变组(C组,n=27)。比较3组间血清Cys C的差异。结果血清Cys C在A、B、C组分别是(0.62±0.28)mg/L、(1.16±0.50)mg/L、(1.52±0.69)mg/L,3组血清Cys C水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清Cys C水平与冠状动脉病变支数间呈正相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C（Cys C）and the number of diseased coronary artery in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）patients. Methods According to the number of diseased coronary artery measured by 320-DVCT,a total of 64 newly diagnosed T2 DM patients visited in our department of endocrinology from 2009 to 2012 were divided into three groups：no coronary artery lesion group（group A,n=16）,one coronary artery lesion group（group B,n=21）,multiple coronary artery lesion group（group C,n=27）. Cys C were compared. Results Serum Cys C in A,B,C group were（0.62±0.28）mg/L,（1.16±0.50）mg/L,（1.52±0.69）mg/L. There were significant difference among the groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions There was a significantly positive correlation between serum cystatin C and the number of diseased coronary artery in newly diagnosed T2 DM patients.
