疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的临床疗效。方法将83例UACS患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患儿针对病因采用综合治疗,治疗组加用疏风解毒胶囊。比较2组患儿治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、咳嗽程度视觉模拟评分(VAS)和临床疗效。结果 2组患儿治疗1周、2周后咳嗽症状评分和咳嗽程度VAS均较治疗前明显降低,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗1周、2周后与对照组比较,治疗组患儿咳嗽症状评分和咳嗽程度VAS均降低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后治疗组总有效率为87.8%,对照组为78.6%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后治疗组总有效率为92.7%,对照组为85.7%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合西药治疗儿童UACS的临床疗效优于单纯应用西药治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Jiaonang combined with western medicines in the treatment of children with upper airway cough syndrome （UACS）. Methods 83 cases of children with UACS were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. All patients received comprehensive treatments according to their etiologies, and the treatment group were given additionally Shufeng Jiedu Jiaonang. The cough symptom scores, the VAS of the cough extent before and after the treatment and the clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results The cough symptom scores, the VAS of the cough extent after the treatment of one week and two weeks were obviously lower than those before the treatment, there were significantly statistical differences （ P〈0.01 ）. The cough symptom scores and the VAS of the cough extent after the treatment of one week and two weeks in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group, there were significantly statistical differences （P〈0.05）. After the treatment of one week, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.8% and that in the control group was 78.6% , and there were significantly statistical differences （P〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment of two weeks, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.7 % and that in the control group was 85.7% , and there were significantly statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Jiaonang combined with western medicines is prior to that of the only use of western medicines in the treatment of children with upper airway cough syndrome （UACS）.
