温肺化痰方贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温肺化痰方贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将120例肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,贴敷温肺化痰方治疗。比较2组的肺部体征消失时间、胸片渗出影恢复时间及住院时间。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率(98.33%)显著高于对照组(88.33%),经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组胸片恢复时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院天数均显著短于对照组,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论温肺化痰方贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽在减轻肺部体征、促进胸片渗出影吸收及缩短患儿住院时间方面均有显著优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenfei Huatan Fang application in the treatment of 60 children with pneumonia asthma （phlegm heat blocking the lung syndrome）. Methods 120 cases of pneumonia asthma in children were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 60 cases each. Children in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The treatment group, on the basis of the control group, were given Wenfei Huatan Fang application. Comparisons were made of the two groups in the disappearing time of the signs in the lung, the recovery time from the exudation shadows in the chest films and the hospital stay. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group （98.33%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （88.33%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O. 05 ）. The disappearing time of the signs in the lung, the recovery time from the exudation shadows in the chest films and the hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences of the two groups were highly statistically significant （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Wenfei Huatan Fang application has significant advantages in reducing pulmonary symptoms, promoting the absorption of the exudation shadows in chest films and shortening the hospital stay of children, worthy of clinical application.
