摘　　要：文章运用文献资料等研究方法,对"互联网+"背景下中国武术的传播与发展进行研究。"互联网+"作为一种新媒体成为了信息化时代的最强音,推动了中国武术传播与发展的新常态。建议:中国武术的主要传播与发展途径在"新"与"旧"之间取其精华、弃其糟粕,建立中国武术交流论坛,建设中国武术远程网络教育以及建造更专业的中国武术网站。The dissemination and development of Chinese Wushu are studied under the ＆quot;Internet ＋＆quot; background by using literature and other research methods. Studies have shown that：＆quot;Internet＋＆quot;has become the strongest voice of the information age and it promotes the spread and development of new normal Chinese Wushu. The suggestion is as follows：The main way to spread and development of Chinese Wushu between＆quot;new＆quot;and＆quot;old＆quot;is to abandoned its dross. We should establish a forum for the exchange of Chinese Wushu and the construction of remote network education and more professional Chinese Wushu website.
