摘　　要：针对工业现场总线无法短时间内实现统一标准的现状,总结目前国内现场设备调试、安装的实践经验,提出具有优先级调度功能的工业网关的设计思路。该工业网关以模块化的方式搭建,根据用户需求调用不同的协议组件,以可靠性和实时性更高的Linux为底层操作系统,结合Web Service技术,提出数据中心驱动模式下的多协议互联互通,在数据更新中结合订阅-分发的主动数据更新模式,以及请求-应答的被动数据更新模式,实现不同设备、不同数据满足不同更新周期要求下的高效数据传输。Because there is not unified standard industrial field bus in a short period, and domestic field device debugging and installation experience is insufficient now, the paper proposed modularized design idea of new industrial gateway. The industrial gateway is built by modular way, and it can call the different protocol components in according to the user requirements. The underlying operating system used a higher reliability and real - time performance of Linux, and it put forward a multi - protocol connectivity in a data center drive mode combined the technology of Web Service. The paper presented a new data update model of active subscription - distribution and passive request -reply in the data update, so as to realize efficient data transmission between the different devices and different data update cycle.
