基于Crystal Ball的项目工期管理分析

摘　　要：针对网络计划法存在的计算活动与工序较多的项目工期相对复杂的问题,将Crystal Ball软件引入项目的工期管理。Crystal Ball软件避免了大量的数据计算,分析结果容易理解,对于涉及因素较多的项目具有良好的功能。为更好地理解Crystal Ball软件,使用Crystal Ball软件对项目工期进行分析,结果表明:Crystal Ball软件对于项目工期管理和提高项目的整体管理水平具有重要帮助。Aiming at the problem that project schedule is complicated with more network planning method calcula- tion and work procedures, this article proposes to introduce Crystal Ball software into the project schedule manage- ment. Crystal Ball software can avoid a large amount of data calculation. Analysis results can be easy to under- stand. It has good function to complicated project. To better understand Crystal Ball software, this article uses Crystal Ball software to analyze the project schedule. Results show that Crystal Ball software is very important to manage the project schedule and enhance the overall project management level.
