滚轧直螺纹钢筋连接施工质量控制方法

摘　　要：以新桥家园1号、2号住宅楼工程为示例,针对钢筋滚轧直螺纹连接出现的外露部分完整丝扣较多、套筒2端均未露有效完整丝扣等主要问题,详细分析原因并提出解决办法,并进一步提出施工质量控制的方法与建议,对实际工程中钢筋滚轧直螺纹连接有指导意义。Take No. 1 and No. 2 residential building project in Xinqiao Home as an example, and in view of the steel rolling straight thread connecting the exposed parts of the more complete threads, and both ends of the sleeve are not exposed complete and effective thread, and other major issues, a detailed analysis of the reasons and the so- lution was put forward; at the same we further put forward the construction quality control method and the sugges- tion; and it has the guiding significance to the bar rolling straight thread connection in the practical engineering.
