摘 要:以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主原料,与衣康酸(IA)在引发剂作用下进行共聚合反应,得到了IA/AMPS共聚物。实验考察了反应条件对产物性能的影响,确定出最佳合成方案;探讨了缓凝剂作用机理,采用IR研究了共聚物的结构。结果表明:单体配比、引发剂用量、反应温度对产物的缓凝性能有很大影响,三者之间存在最佳值。合成的共聚物对水泥浆有优异的缓凝性能,能显著延长水泥浆的稠化时间,并对水泥浆具有良好的分散减阻作用,能够广泛应用油田固井水泥浆体系。A copolymer has been prepared from 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as the major component and itaconic acid as the minor component using an initiatior.The optimum reaction conditions were determined and the mechanism of reaction investigated.The structure of the coolymer was studied by IR spectroscopy.It was found that the properties of the polymer showed a significant variation with monomer ratio,amount of initiatior and reaction temperature,and the optimum combination of these were derived.Addition of the copolymer afforded a significant retardation in the thickening time of a cement slurry and it also had excellent dispersal and drag reducing properties and thus has the potential to be widely applied in oil well cementation.
