TDI水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的力学性能研究

摘　　要：以聚已内酯二醇(PCL220N)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基料,以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂、环氧树脂(E-44)和松香为改性剂,制备出环氧树脂和松香改性的TDI水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。同时考察了环氧树脂(E-44)、松香和三羟甲基丙烷用量以及n(—NCO)/n(—OH)比值对TDI水性聚氨酯胶粘剂力学性能的影响。结果表明,当环氧树脂含量为5.73%,松香含量为8.92%,三羟甲基丙烷含量为2.68%,n(—NCO)/n(—OH)比值为1.23时,TDI水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的拉伸强度达到最大值为4.72 MPa。The epoxy resin and rosin modified TDI waterborne polyurethane adhesive was prepared with polyethylene glycol（ PCL220N）,toluene diisocyanate（ TDI-80）,dimethylolpropionic acid（ DMPA） as the basic materials,with trimethylolpropane（ TMP） as crosslinking agent,and with epoxy resin（ E-44） and rosin as modifying agent. The influence of the epoxy resin（ E-44）,rosin and trimethylolpropane dosage and the ratio of n（ NCO） / n（ OH） on the mechanics property of the TDI waterborne polyurethane adhesive was studied. The results show that when the epoxy resin content is 5. 73%,the rosin content is 8. 92%,the trimethylolpropane content is 2. 68%,the ratio of n（ NCO） / n（ OH） is 1. 23,the tensile strength of the TDI waterborne polyurethane adhesive reaches maximum 4. 72 MPa.
