摘 要:应用胶体滴定技术建立了测定丙烯酰胺(AM)/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(AMPSNa)共聚物中耐温抗盐单体AMPSNa含量的方法。探讨了p H值、标准聚阴离子试剂PAMPSNa特性粘数对测定结果的影响,并将PAMPSNa与传统阴离子试剂PVSK进行了比较。结果表明,p H值在3-10范围内,胶体滴定值与共聚物溶液浓度呈良好的线性关系,可计算出共聚物中AMPSNa的含量。PAMPSNa特性粘数在100-600 m L/g范围内,可以准确测定AMPSNa的含量。PAMPSNa与PVSK这两种试剂测试结果基本一致,与元素分析进行比较的结果表明,胶体滴定法与元素分析法测试结果非常接近。Method of colloid titration was established to determine the content of AMPSNa in acrylamide( AM) /2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonate salt( AMPSNa) copolymer. Effects of p H value,intrinsic viscosity of the standard anionic reagent PAMPSNa on colloidal titration were investigated,and PAMPSNa was compared with the traditional anionic agents PVSK. The results show that the concentration of copolymer is correlated linearly with colloid titration value in the mass range of copolymer from 50 mg / L to400 mg / L at p H 3 - 10,titration data show good reproducibility,and the content of AMPSNa in copolymer was calculated. The content of AMPSNa can be measured accurately at intrinsic viscosity 100 - 600 m L / g of PAMPSNa. The results obtained with PVSK and PAMPSNa were very satisfactory. Laboratory homemade PAMPSNa is stable than PVSK due to special alkyl sulfonate structure,and easy to store,PAMPSNa is excellent colloidal titration reagents. The results obtained were compared with the results of element analysis,and were very satisfactory.
