欧洲高等教育区建设对我国高等教育发展的启示

摘　　要：欧洲是当今世界高等教育国际化趋势最为突出的地区。经过十几年的发展,欧洲通过构建区域学位结构框架,建立高等教育质量保障体系,实施区域学分制,推行终身学习政策等多项举措,逐步建立了欧洲高等教育区制度。欧洲高等教育区给我国高等教育提供了借鉴与启示,我国可以通过建立区域合作联盟,推进教育市场化,建立区域高等教育资源共享平台,建立多方协同发展机制等多种途径进行高等教育建设。As the most prominent region of the world, Europe shows an internationalization trend in Higher education. By adopting a number of initiatives, Europe gradually established an European Higher Education Area System after years of development. These initiatives include building regional degree structure framework, establishing the higher education quality guarantee system, implemen- ting regional credit system and promoting lifelong learning policy. European Higher Education Area provides references and enlightenment to higher education of China. China＇s higher education con- struction can be carried out through a variety of ways, such as setting up Regional Cooperation （SAARC）, establishing regional resource sharing platform and constructing coordinated development mechanism among multiple parties.
