摘 要:地层原油的析蜡点是确定注水开发高凝油油藏合理注水温度的关键指标.鉴于地层条件下含气油在原油组成和压力条件的差异,针对目前国内外常规测试方法普遍局限于地面脱气油等实际问题,利用声速、幅度比及频率等声学参数在原油析蜡过程的声学响应,设计制造了一种新型的高凝油析蜡特征的超声波综合探测系统,以乌干达Kingfisher典型高凝油藏脱气油和含气油为例,分别研究了脱气油和含气油在不同压力下的析蜡点、析蜡量及动态析蜡过程.结果表明:高凝油的析蜡过程存在明显的结核和生长两个主要阶段;溶解气的存在明显降低了原油的析蜡点;饱和压力以上,压力越高,析蜡点越高;声时、幅度比和频率均可作为判断高凝油析蜡点、析蜡量及析蜡过程的敏感参数.Wax appearance temperature (WAT) of live oil is a key index for determining the reasonable injected water temperature of high waxy oilfield. In view of the difference of the oil composition and pressure between live oil and dead oil under reservoir conditions, aiming at the practical problems such as the limitation to dead oil of the normal test method at home and abroad, based on the response of the ultrasonic parameters such as transit time, amplitude and frequency during waxy participation, a novel ultrasonic detection system used for the wax participation characteristics was designed. Taken typical oil samples of kingfisher oilfield as an example, WAT, amount of wax participated and dynamic wax participation process of both dead and live oil under different pressures were studied, respectively. Results showed that there exist two main stages for the wax participation process: nucleation and growth. The existence of the dissolved gas decreases the WAT significantly. The higher the pressure, the higher the WAT for the oil above the saturation pressure. Transit time, amplitude and frequency could all be used as sensitive parameters to estimate the WAT, amount of wax participated and dynamic wax participation process.
